2. Information Processed When You Browse

When your browser requests a page from nordicbanterkivr.yachts, our web hosting infrastructure records standard, transient HTTP access logs (IP address, request timestamp, requested file path, HTTP status code, and user-agent string) solely to maintain network security, prevent denial-of-service abuse, and diagnose broken links (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest). Access logs are automatically rotated and deleted within 14 days.

3. Client-Side Contact Drafting Tool

The inquiry drafting tool on our Contact page operates entirely inside your web browser using local JavaScript. Text entered into the form is never transmitted to our server unless you choose to copy or email it to us yourself via your own email client.

4. Direct Email Correspondence

If you send an email to [email protected], we process your email address, name, and message contents solely to reply to your technical question. We do not sell, rent, or share reader email addresses with yacht brokers, shipyards, or mailing lists.
